Rules:
1. All Clan Members must obey game rules. If they neglect to obey rules imposed in a game, they will be given one or more warnings, and if the problem persists, a long-term ban will be imposed upon them.
2. Clan Members may not play against other members. In all clan games, Members will take one team, and fight against non-members.
3. ALL Israeli clan games are PROFANITY FREE. If anyone uses inappropriate language, they will be warned and possibly banned temporarily if the problem persists.
4. Allies must cooperate and help their teammates as they can. If a player refuses to help the rest of his team on a regular basis, and it is determined that he can and simply won't, he may be demoted to a lower rank. Such behavior, however, does not insicrate a ban.
5. In no case may a player attack allied forces or Territory intentionally, unless he is responding to an attack made by allied forces against him or another ally.
6. No Cheat Codes are allowed. If a player admits to the use of cheat codes, or if it is clearly determined that he uses them on a regular basis, he will be given a warning, and from that point on, be expected to refrain from such conduct. If a problem persists, and the clan as a whole makes the decision, The player May Be Banned temporarily.
7. If a wartime accident takes place, (i.e. troops on the ground are injured by bombs dropped on a near by target) they are obligated to, by request of the player, pay a reasonable amount of tribute for the accident.
8. In Diplomacy games, all is determined by player opinions, and therefore, Rule numbers 4, 5, and 7 are revoked. However, a player's status amongst other players may decrease dramatically if they play unfairly. Keep in mind that All other rules shall remain in effect regardless of game type.
9. Players are expected to keep drop outs to a minimum. However, there is no rule against drop-outs, and no warnings will be issued due to them. Tip: It is advised that players using Dial-Up services close other running applications, or keep them to a minimum (particularly those that require access to the Internet) Before they join a Israeli Clan game.
10. If a new rule is declared, players will be notified, and are obligated to follow it immediately.
11. If the Ramatkal, Prime Minister, or Vice President elects a new member, He must send the latest information to the president, who will add the update to the official log. This rule is in place to insure order of bookkeeping.
12. If the Ramatkal, Prime Minister, or Vice President wishes a change in the clan Legislature, he must first discuss the matter with the president, and the president will make the needed update(s).
13. If the President makes an update to the Clan Legislature (Rules and ranks), he must notify all other clan members.
14. If the President makes an update to the Clan Log, he must send the updated version to the Ramatkal, Prime Minister, and Vice President.
15. If a vast majority of clan members strongly opposes a new or existing rule, etc. they have a right to E-mail the president of the clan. The President, in turn, will re-evaluate the legislature.
16. Rules 11-14 Apply to VIPs as well as other high-ranking Israeli Clan officials.
17. What is not mentioned in the clan rules is open ended, and is to be decided on a case-by-case basis, by the Israeli Clan Board.
